The development of social, Cultural, Educational, Economic, and other social systems is considered fundemetal conditions and recommendations for developing human societies. Taking this importance into consideration, the social and cultural organization of Noor Laravyan, together with the other domestic social organizations in the country, whose main goal is the growth of culture and especially enlightenment in the society, was established in 2010 with the efforts of a bunch of enlightened and educated youth.
The Noor Laravyan is opposing those ideas and thoughts that do not have any national background and intrinsic root and cindering the main reason of the crisis have been going on in the county, which from time to time have become the cause of many other social, political, and economic crisis. So to achieve the main goal of reaching optimal well-being, having and nurturing beliefs based on national norms and theories are paramount.
As with other economic needs, such ideas have also been imposed from outside due to the lack of clear thoughts and vision. So to achieve the main goal, i.e. to reach the desired human condition, the initiative of creating thoughts and a beliefs based on national ideas is extremely necessary.
Noor Larouyan Social and Cultural Foundation believes that the development and institutionalization of the culture of study in the country will lead to a positive change in the people's thoughts in the first step and subsequently in the behavior of the people of the society in the next step.
Therefore, this foundation tries to educate the minds of the country's residents, especially the youth, in the framework of Holy Islam, national and international laws, considering national interests, observing the domestic cultural and internationally accepted norms and values and other local religions that have roots in the social life of the country.
In light of the above-mentioned points, we are trying to save society from the turbulent traditions and disturbances that have stalled the development and progress period for a long time. And finally, with enlightening activities, we will create a platform to provide acceptable social development to all parts of the society.
We tend to take practical steps for the prosperity of Afghanistan and the implementation of such humanitarian programs by launching educational and scientific programs whose main is creating a society based on social justice and equal rights for citizens.
The Noor Laravyan Social & cultural Foundation believes that spreading the culture of study in the country may lead to generating new thoughts and beliefs in the society in particular among the youth which can bring tolerance and mutual acceptance to the society.
Besides all the above, this foundation has actively engaged in humanitarian assistance for years, and hundreds of vulnerable families have been receiving benefits in various points of the country.
